Joplin attorney attacked during child custody case

Police are investigating at attack on a Joplin attorney.
It happened on Wednesday of this week at 2727 E. 32nd Street.
Joplin attorney Terence Prigmore was attacked while he was serving as mediator in a child custody case.
The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney’s office filed first-degree assault charges against 55-year-old Bradley Phillip McDaniel of Carl Junction.
According to a probable cause statement, McDaniel threw Prigmore against a wall and punched him several times in the head, causing head injuries.
McDaniel is not in custody at this time.
