Kansas governor to bring listening tour to Pittsburg Monday November 10

Kansas Governor Laura Kelly will be in Pittsburg Monday November 10 as part of her statewide listening tour, ‘The People’s Budget’.

The event will begin at 6pm at the Frisco Event Center at 210 E 4th Street.

Kelly and Secretary Adam Proffitt, Director of the Budget, will deliver brief remarks and participate in a town hall with Kansans.

In partnership with the Kansas Food Bank and Harvesters, Governor Kelly is encouraging Kansans attending the town hall events to bring non-perishable, non-glass food items to give back to local communities.
