Two from Delaware County accused of trafficking illegal drugs

Two Delaware County residents are accused of trafficking in illegal drugs.

56-year-old Brett Parks and 56-year-old Jennifer Gilmore of Jay were booked into the Delaware County jail on Thursday, Nov 6th.

Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement and Delaware County Deputies served a warrant at Truly Heighten Cannabis on North Industrial Park Road in Jay.

During the operation, agents reportedly seized more than 45 pounds of processed marijuana, 50 pounds of marijuana concentrate, and over 20 pounds of edible products.

Officials say the raid was part of a broader investigation into unlicensed marijuana operations.

Authorities say additional arrests may take place as the case develops.
