Substances test positive for meth; Man charged in Crawford County

41-year-old Joseph Yarrow was stopped in Leasburg Wednesday evening, suspected of driving without a license.

A K-9 alerted on his vehicle and three bags of a crystal-like substance and a smoking device were found. The substance tested positive for meth.

Yarrow is charged with Class D possession of a controlled substance and Class D misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

He’s being held on a $10,000 cash or surety bond.
