Man from Springfield drowns in Stockton Lake

A man from Springfield reported drowned in Stockton Lake.

The body of a 67-year-old man was found floating in the water beneath a dock around 9 a.m. Tuesday morning at the Stockton State Park Marina.

Drowning victims names are not listed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The victim was pronounced dead by the Cedar County Coroner.
