NEO Rodeo team begins fall season with strong start

The Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College rodeo teams attended the Colby Community College Rodeo in Colby, Kansas to kick off the 2025 – 2026 season.
“We had a good start to this year’s new season,” said NEO Rodeo Head Coach Kolby Ungeheuer. “It was great to get several men back to the finals. We had seven ladies just missing the cut, who performed at a very high level. We are a very young team this year, with 35 freshmen representing a big majority of the team. We will be learning a lot as we go through the season. I anticipate several freshmen to come on strong as the season progresses.”
