Sport bike accident causes serious injury to man from Verona

A serious injury resulting from a sport bike accident.

It happened on Missouri-K, four miles east of Mt. Vernon at around 9:34 yesterday [Tuesday] morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the driver of the 2024 790 Duke Sport Bike, a 28-year-old man from Verona, lost control and fell from the bike.

He suffered serious injuries.  He was taken to an Aurora, Missouri hospital.
