Man from Neosho charged for allegedly shooting his brother
A man from Neosho is charged with 1st Degree Domestic Assault after allegedly shooting his own brother.
Court papers show that 27-year-old Christopher Todd Drum was arrested after a man identified as Drum’s brother was shot in the ear.
In a probable cause statement, a witness said that the shooting had occurred because Drum believed his brother had “snitched.”
Deputies said Drum has an extensive criminal history, including prior arrests for assault.
He is charged with Felony Domestic Assault in the first degree and Felony Armed Criminal Action.
Drum is being held in the McDonald County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
