Ozarks Steam Engine Association Hosts 63rd Annual Steam-O-Rama Event
Celebrate Living History with Rare Steam Engines, Antique Tractors, Demonstrations, Pulls, and Family Fun at Whinrey Homestead

Ash Grove, MO — The Ozarks Steam Engine Association and Southwest Missouri EDGE & TA Branch 16 are proud to announce the 63rd Annual Steam-O-Rama. This beloved celebration of agricultural heritage returns Thurs.–Sun., September 11–14,
2025, at the historic Whinrey Homestead (6065 State Hwy O, Ash Grove, MO)—just off I-44 at Exit 58.
Featured Attractions: Marvel at the Nichols & Shepard steam engines, Oliver and Hart-Parr tractors, and Fairbanks-Morse gas equipment—all showcased in powerful, working demonstrations.
Hands-On History
Attend the daily parade, witness threshing, blacksmithing, shingle-sawing, and farmhouse tours. Browse crafts, antiques, and parts at the flea market. Enjoy the Ozark Rt 66 Antique Truck Club exhibit, the R&R Garden Railway, sorghum demonstrations, and more.
Contests & Pulls
Classic Tractor Pull: Friday, Sept 12 at 5 PM (weigh-in at noon)
Antique Tractor Pull: Saturday, Sept 13 at 6 PM (weigh-in at 1 PM)
Family Activities: Kids will love the barrel train rides, kiddie tractor pulls, and on-site concessions—plenty of fun for all ages.
Behind the Scenes: With more than 20 steam engines under steam, as well as hundreds of gas tractors and engines currently being prepped, this year promises to be one of the most exciting yet.
