Illegal marijuana sales operation busted in Baxter Springs

A business in Baxter Springs, Kansas, has been busted for selling marijuana.

The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office says on September 3, 2025, they served a search warrant at the Tokey Tiki Smoke Shop after an investigation into complaints of businesses that were selling marijuana.

This investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Cherokee County Attorney’s Office.

During the search warrant, extensive amounts of Marijuana and THC products were located inside the business.

Authorities say this is the continued commitment to drive illegal activity from their communities.
