State representative Ben Baker on state budget

After many hours of work, the Missouri house is finalizing a budget.  

Neosho state representative Ben Baker tells Newstalk KZRG:

“In the end, we have a budget that is about two billion dollars less than the governor’s recommendation, but still fully funding the necessary things like education, which is probably one of the largest chunks of the budget…not spending more than we should because it’s the people’s money.”
