Suspect in Pittsburg fatal shooting extradited back to Crawford County

PITTSBURG, Kan. – The suspect in a fatal shooting at a Pittsburg tavern last August has been extradited back to Crawford County.

33-year-old Jemon Allen was taken to the Crawford County Jail.

He is charged with first-degree murder.

The shooting, that took place outside Jimmy B’s at 202 N. Locust on August 20th of last year, took the life of 36-year-old Justin E. Krogen.

Allen was arrested in Pine Bluff, Arkansas on December 12th.

No court date has been set for Allen.
