Arrest made after Miami Oklahoma homicide

An arrest has been made in a Miami, Oklahoma, homicide case.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says 34-year-old Travis Christian Wilbur was taken into custody over the weekend on a first-degree murder charge. He is now in the Craig County Jail.

He was wanted in connection to a January 5th homicide near Second Avenue NE and H Street in Miami.

During the investigation, OSBI special agents determined that there was an altercation between multiple individuals. That incident led to the shooting and death of 27-year-old Matthew Vincent Locastro.
