For the 8th year, Zimmer Marketing is giving back to the community with Zimmer Cares. And you can nominate your favorite nonprofit organization.

It's a program to help local charities with getting their message out to the community.

Zimmer Marketing General Manager, Mark Zimmer explains:

"We utilize our radio stations, we utilize social media. And it all starts with a non profit strategy session. We will sit down with your CEO, with your board, with your organization to learn what really is your goal for 2027. How are Zimmer Marketing and our group of experts here, how are we going to help you achieve your 2027 goals? And it's more than just a spot schedule. It takes strategy and it takes a whole team. And we've got a team of marketing experts here at Zimmer Marketing. So we're proud to be able to partner with nonprofits and we look forward to working with four new nonprofits for 2027."

Going on now through Sunday November 8th, you are encouraged to submit your favorite charities for consideration for free advertising and branding for a quarter of the 2027 calendar year.

After the submission period, the top eight charities will be announced, to be voted on to determine the four winning charities. Voting will be from Monday, November 16th to Sunday, November 22nd at 6 PM.

The four winning charities will be announced on Tuesday, November 24th, on the morning shows on the Zimmer Marketing family of stations (KIX 102.5, AM 1310 Newstalk KZRG, Kissin' 92.5, Big Dog 979, Classic Hits 93.9 and AM 1230 the Talker).
