Chick-fil-A Turns Up the Heat With New Permanent Spicy Sauce

JOPLIN, MO – Chick-fil-A is giving its well-known signature sauce a fiery makeover with the launch of a new spicy version, marking the restaurant chain's first permanent dipping sauce addition in nearly a decade.
The new Spicy Chick-fil-A Sauce is set to debut nationwide on Nov. 16, customers will be able to enjoy it in individual dipping cups or purchase 8-ounce bottles.
The latest sauce combines the familiar taste of the original, known for its smoky flavor, mustard undertones and sweetness, with spicy peppers for an extra kick. Chick-fil-A said its culinary team worked to preserve the qualities that made the original popular while introducing a bolder flavor.
The new offering will be available as a permanent menu item, giving customers another option to pair with chicken sandwiches, nuggets, waffle fries and other favorites.
The launch represents a significant addition to Chick-fil-A's sauce lineup. The company last introduced a new permanent dipping sauce in March 2016, when it added Sweet & Spicy Sriracha.
With its latest release, Chick-fil-A is combining a familiar fan favorite with a touch of heat, appealing to customers looking for a spicier alternative without losing the classic taste they know.
