Neosho celebrating National Night Out Tuesday night.
Neosho Public Information Officer Jessica Johnson tells KZRG:
“We are doing an open swim at the Neosho municipal pool from 7 to 9pm it's open to the first 200 people because we do have some capacities (inside the pool area) that we're working with, but in great work by our police department staff, we are going to have multiple bounce houses, water slides, water effect bounce houses out in the parking lot.”
Johnson went on to say: “And then along with public safety. So we'll have, I believe, McDonald County Sheriff's Office, Newton County Sheriff's Office, of course, Neosho Police Department, Neosho Fire Department, and we'll probably have some other groups out there also. Missouri State Highway Patrol will be out there.”
Hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks will be served.
Again the event starts at 7 PM Tuesday night.
