One man in custody in Delaware County Jail after fatal shooting in Grove

The Grove Police Department says officers responded to a reported disturbance involving weapons at 829 Apple Drive in Grove.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim, 33-year-old Robin Quinn Sharp, later died from his injuries.
The suspect, 31-year old Terry Joe Hicks of Grove, is being held in the Delaware County Jail.
The FBI and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) are leading the investigation because of the Native American backgrounds of both Sharp and Hicks.
