Man accused of driving in the wrong direction on divided highway
A man from Carthage allegedly drove the wrong direction on a divided highway in Jasper County Wednesday night.

The Missouri State Highway says 36-year-old David A. McKinney of Carthage was charged with driving the wrong direction and D.W.I.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found an SUV in a ditch near mile marker 58.
Troopers believe the SUV hit a guardrail, then sideswiped one of the semis.
McKinney was not injured.
He was taken to the Jasper County Jail.
