Man accused of attacking Joplin attorney in custody
The man accused of attacking a Joplin attorney is now in custody.
Jasper County Sheriff Randy Kaiser says 55-year-old Bradley Philip McDaniel of Carl Junction was arrested Wednesday at the Jasper County Courts Building in Joplin.
He’s accused of attacking attorney Terence Prigmore last Wednesday on E. 32nd Street in Joplin.
Prigmore was serving as a child custody case mediator at the time.
According to a probable cause statement, McDaniel threw Prigmore against a wall and punched him several times in the head, causing head injuries.
McDaniel is being held at the Jasper County Detention Center in Carthage without bond for Assault in the First Degree.
