Man under arrest in Cherokee County; evidence tests positive for meth

On 11/10/25 at approximately 1930 (7:30 p.m.) hours Officers with Galena Police Department along with Deputies from Cherokee County served a Narcotics Search Warrant at 1109 Harvard in Galena, Kansas.
Officers located multiple glass pipes that tested positive for meth, small baggie with white powder that field tested positive for meth, Ammo, THC paraphernalia and a large bag of Marijuana.
James L. Bilke was arrested on numerous charges.
The charges are currently pending with the Cherokee County Prosecuting Attorney..
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
