Missouri’s First Vibeathon this weekend at MSSU

Missouri’s First Vibeathon is going to be held in Joplin this weekend starting at 9 a.m. Saturday in Plaster Hall at MSSU.
Participants could win thousands of dollars solving healthcare challenges.
A Vibeathon is defined as a short, intensive AI-powered innovation event where participants rapidly develop software prototypes using generative AI tools instead of traditional manual coding.
The Joplin Regional Alliance for Health is co-hosting the event.
Participants will be presented with complex healthcare industry challenges and can tackle one or all of the problem sets presented to them during the weekend’s opening session.
They’ll then have time to vibe code their solutions and pitch their solutions.
Winning solutions will receive cash prizes with more than $20,000 in prizes to be awarded.
