Structure fire at Haas Warehouse in Neosho

NEOSHO, Mo. - The Neosho Fire Department on Wednesday responded to the report of a structure fire at the Haas Warehouse, located at 925 N High St. Engine Six and Engine Seven arrived on the scene to find smoke coming from the warehouse's electrical room.
Neosho Firefighters initiated a rapid attack, successfully knocking down the fire and preventing any further injury or damage to the warehouse. These swift and effective actions ensured that the situation was contained quickly and safely.
Neosho Fire Department received mutual aid from Redings Mill Fire Protection District, Newton County Ambulance, Newton County Emergency Management, and the Neosho Police Department.
Following an initial investigation, it was determined that the fire originated in the electrical room and was accidental in nature. No injuries were reported, and damage to the warehouse was minimized thanks to the coordinated response.
