South leg of 44th and Connecticut roundabout to temporarily close

Starting Monday, October 6, the City of Joplin will begin modifications to the 44^th Street and Connecticut Avenue roundabout.

The island on the south side is being modified to better accommodate large vehicles and will require a full closure of the south leg of this roundabout.

Traffic can still travel east and west, and use the north leg to and from Connecticut Avenue.
