Two indicted by Federal Grand Jury in Oklahoma

A Miami, Oklahoma resident and a transient have been indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in the Northern District of Oklahoma.
United States Attorney Clint Johnson says 32-year-old Rusty Dale Reece of Miami and 32-year-old Ryan Scott Ervin, a transient, are charged with Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country and Robbery in Indian Country.
Reece and Ervin allegedly caused serious bodily injury and took items of value by force, violence, and intimidation.
The Drug Enforcement Administration Tulsa Field Resident Office and the Quapaw Nation Marshal Service are the investigative agencies.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Dewhurst is prosecuting the case.
