4 by 4 Brewing Company earns Missouri Green Brewery Certification

4 By 4 Brewing Company is proud to announce that it is officially the first Missouri craft brewery to earn the Missouri Green Brewery Certification, recognizing its commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship in the craft brewing industry.

The Missouri Craft Brewers Guild will host a special presentation to recognize 4 By 4 Brewing Company at its Nixa location on Thursday, August 14 at 1 p.m. with representatives from Missouri Association of Manufacturers and Missouri State University

Media and the public are invited to attend to learn more about the certification, how 4 By 4 Brewing Company is prioritizing sustainability, and to enjoy 4 By 4 brews like Parkside Pineapple IPA.

4 by 4 Brewing is located at 9003 Sawgrass Ave. in Nixa.

The Missouri Green Brewery Certification program supports breweries in reducing their environmental impact through energy efficiency, water conservation, solid waste reduction, sustainable sourcing, and community engagement.

The program is provided by the Missouri Craft Brewers Guild and the Missouri Association of Manufacturers. The Ozarks Environmental and Water Resources Institute (OEWRI) at Missouri State University (MSU) provides technical resources and assists breweries through the process.
