Serious Hit and Run In Miami

A hit-and-run driver has been identified as a tribal member after a serious collision in Miami.

At approximately 3:01 Saturday morning, officers responded to a vehicle crash in the 300 block of East Central Avenue. A GMC Sierra struck an Infiniti sedan before crashing in a building. Multiple occupants of the Infiniti were transported to area hospitals with serious injuries.

The driver of the GMC Sierra fled the scene before officers arrived. Evidence was recovered from the vehicle, and the investigation is ongoing.
