The Jasper County Health Department is presenting an education class for parents and new teen drivers.

The class called First Impact, focuses on the Missouri graduated driving law.

According to Gretchen Goddard:

“It's kind of a complex law. If you didn't learn to drive under that can be kind of tricky for parents. So we focus on that, helping them understand the law, mainly that it's been effective in reducing crashes in teens 20 to 40%.”

You must pre-register at https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4EA5A92CA3FDC16-57215159-keeping.

The class will be held at the First Presbyterian Church at 511 West Broadway in Webb City starting at 11 AM on Saturday, August 9th.
