Group to gather at Burlison’s office for protest, school supply drive

JOPLIN, Mo. – Indivisible Joplin and local residents will be gathering at Rep. Eric Burlison’s office to deliver a message advocating for families and children, while also collecting school supplies for local school districts. This event aims to highlight the urgent need for policies that prioritize the well-being of families over the interests of billionaires and corrupt politicians.
“Our families come first, and we refuse to be sacrificed for billionaires,” said Jenna Ehrhardt, a representative of Indivisible Joplin. “We demand an end to the harmful policies passed in the reconciliation bill that will neglect our children, seniors, and communities.”
