Webb City Fire

There was a house fire Saturday evening around 6 P.M. near 3rd and Jefferson Avenue in Webb City. Webb City Police and Fire responded. Joplin Fire, Oronogo and Carterville Fire crews assisted.

A garage was fully engulfed when fire crews first arrived and spread quickly to the residence. The fire was reportedly intense and caused extensive damage to the garage and residence.

No one was injured in the blaze, and firefighters were able to extinguish it within 20 minutes. The Red Cross was contacted to help the two individuals displaced by the fire.
