American Family Care to offer free sports physicals

Do you have a school-aged child in need of a sports physical?

You’re in luck because American Family Care in Joplin is offering free sports physicals for any athlete who is required to have one in order to participate in school sanctioned sports.

“We just wanted to offer a way for parents to be able to bring their kids in and get it done last minute if they haven’t been able to do so by the end of the summer,” AFC Clinical Director Reilly Allmoslecher told NewsTalk KZRG. “Anyone from 6 to 18, we’re happy to do a free sports physical.”

The second annual Free Sports Physicals Event is scheduled for Tuesday, July 29 and Tuesday, August 5 from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. at 320 S Geneva.
