Convoy of Hope heads to Texas; Hunt cousin among the dead

A southwest Missouri-based Christian charity has deployed to central Texas following devastating flooding that’s killed more than 100 people.

Convoy of Hope plans to deliver relief supplies and provide volunteers. 

Flash flooding early Friday morning surged down the Guadalupe river, flooding homes, sweeping away vehicles and drowning more than two dozen children and the summer camp owner of Camp Mystic.   

Tavia Hunt, wife of chief’s owner Clark Hunt, shared an Instagram that a cousin is one of the children killed.
