Joplin attorney disbarred from practicing law in Missouri

A Joplin attorney has now been disbarred from practicing law in the state of Missouri.

The Missouri Supreme Court’s Chief Disciplinary Counsel filed a motion to disbar Kevin T. Cure after he was suspended indefinitely by the Kansas Supreme Court.

Cure has multiple drunk driving convictions but also is accused of severely mishandling numerous cases over the years.
