Boil order issued for Seneca

A boil order/advisory is in effect for the Seneca water district.

It affects all connections on Liberty southeast of 43 Highway.

Seneca water officials say the boil order will be in effect until further notice.

Any water used for drinking, cooking and for brushing teeth should be boiled prior to use.

Once crews complete work on the line, water samples will be tested by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
