Second suspect arrested for allegedly stealing fireworks in Pittsburg

Another suspect has turned themselves in after stolen fireworks were recovered in the Pittsburg-Frontenac area earlier this month.

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office says 54-year-old Richard Todd Lee admitted to his crimes early Monday morning.

Lee and 55-year-old Andrew Habjan are accused of cutting a fence at Jake’s Fireworks and stealing fireworks, tools and other items.

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office declaring that they saved the Fourth of July.
