JATSO seeking public comments on FY2026-2029 TIP

The Joplin Area Transportation Study Organization (JATSO) is seeking a 14-day public comment period for the FY2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).

The TIP contains transportation and transit projects in the Joplin Metropolitan Area that are partially funded by Federal transportation programs over a four-year period.

The proposed TIP contains projects sponsored by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), City of Joplin, City of Webb City, City of Carl Junction, and Newton County Commission.

The public comment period for the FY2026-2029 TIP begins at 9 a.m., Wednesday, June 4, 2025, and concludes at 12 noon, Monday, June 17, 2025.
