Man from Seneca arrested for multiple traffic charges

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a man from Seneca was arrested in Newton County at 8:57 on Wednesday, May 7th.

The Patrol’s arrest report shows that 55-year-old Brian L Neale was arrested for multiple charges, including;

* Driving While Intoxicated – Prior Offender;
* Displaying Plates of Another Person;
* Careless and Imprudent Driving;
* Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Valid License and; 
* No Insurance. 

He was taken to the Newton County Jail where he was subsequently released.

The charges listed above are a mere accusation and not evidence of guilt.  Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
