Oklahoma man given probation time after motorcycle wreck killed two

A man from Welch, Oklahoma, has been given five years of supervised probation for his role in a motorcycle accident that killed two people.
20-year-old Colton Goddard was given a suspended (SIS) sentence after he plead guilty to Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop By Fleeing – Creating A Substantial Risk Of Serious Injury/Death To Any Person.
Police say the two fled from officers and continued to drive recklessly even after their officers gave up on the chase.
Morris collided with another biker, 60-year-old Mark A. McGowen, of Joplin, who was pulling out of the Casey’s General Store at 403 N. Main Street.
Morris and McGowen were pronounced dead at the scene.
Goddard told investigators he fled from authorities because he didn’t have a license.
