Carthage Tower to Tower 5K Fundraiser this Saturday

This Saturday, May 10th starting at 8am, it’s the Carthage Tower to Tower 5K. 

The race starts at the Carthage south water tower, goes to the historic water tower and returns to the south tower.  

Megan with Carthage Water tells Newstalk KZRG:

“So this week is Drinking Water Week. That’s a week that we celebrate our water professionals and the communities that they serve. This is a fundraiser that we do.  We’ve done for the past seven years that we raise funds to give to Water for People, which is an organization that promotes the development of high quality drinking water all over the world.”
