Truck runs off road and hits tree in McDonald County; Driver seriously injured

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is reporting a serious traffic accident in McDonald County.
It happened at 6:35 Friday morning on Missouri-90 about one mile west of Jane.
An eastbound 2007 Ford F150, driven by an 18-year-old male from Noel, ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned, hitting a tree.
The driver, who was not wearing a safety device, suffered serious injuries.
He was airlifted to a Joplin, Missouri hospital.
