Bartlesville man charged with 2nd Degree Murder in Indian Country

A man from Bartlesville, Oklahoma was in charged in indictments handed down by a Grand Jury in the Northern District of Oklahoma.

31-year-old Dylan Ray Alexander was charged with Second Degree Murder in Indian Country and Carrying, Using, Brandishing, and Discharging a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence.

Alexander is a member of the Cherokee Nation, is charged with unlawfully killing Kevin Holden.

The FBI, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Bartlesville Police Department are the investigative agencies.

Assistant U.S. Attorneys Scott Dunn and Tara Heign are prosecuting the case
