Rally, grassroots lobby day Tuesday to urge lawmakers to eliminate Missouri state income tax

This coming Tuesday, February 4, Americans for Prosperity-Missouri (AFP-MO) will hold a rally and grassroots lobbying day at the state capitol to urge lawmakers to eliminate the state income tax this year.

Activists with AFP-MO will hear from bill sponsors about the legislation in the capitol rotunda before testifying in favor of the bills at a planned committee hearing.

The Zero Income Tax Rally will take place in the third floor rotunda of the Missouri State Capitol from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe and members of the legislature have voiced their support for measures that ultimately could remove the  state income tax.
