Charges will not be filed in the death of a Redings Mill firefighter.
The tragedy happened on October 19th, when 22-year-old Tucker Berry, of Lockwood, was fatally injured in an accident involving a golf cart in Carl Junction.
The Carl Junction Police Department says it actively investigated the incident and presented a case to the Jasper County Prosecutor's Office, which declined to file charges.
