Missouri election - is it secure

Recently the U-S Supreme Court ruled in a Virginia case that those who identified as non citizens could not vote in Tuesday’s election.  

Is the Missouri election system secure?  

7th district Missouri U-S Representative Eric Burlison told Newstalk KZRG: 

“That's really only giving states that want to do that the authority to do it, so you know, a state like Missouri, we're going to purge our voter rolls of people that we know are here illegally. We're going to purge our voter rolls of people that are dead.  But a state like California is not going to do that.”
