Body found in Tar Creek identified as man from Tulsa

A body found in Tar Creek off Veterans Boulevard in Miami has been identified as 39-year-old Harold Stroud of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The identification was made by the Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA).

Stroud’s body was found  around 9 on Wednesday morning.

The cause of death has not yet been revealed.
