Man from Grove charged with possession of child pornography

United States Attorney Clint Johnson today announced the results of the July Federal Grand Jury 2023-B Indictments.

23-year-old Dakota Austin Clark of Grove, a member  of the Cherokee Nation, is charged with possessing visual images depicting the sexual abuse of children including children under 12 years old.

Clark is also charged with coercing and enticing a minor child under 18 years old to produce an image depicting sexually explicit conduct. The FBI and Grove Police Department are the investigative agencies.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Christian Harris is prosecuting the case.
