Missouri AG protecting Missouri businesses from I-R-S

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey filed a lawsuit against the I-R-S.  

Bailey told Newstalk KZRG why he filed the suit to protect Missouri Businesses:

“The I-R-S stone walled us, refused to provide the document.  So we filed suit.  We're going to get to the bottom of it.   At the end of the day, we need our small business owners to have faith and confidence so when they participate in a program, to help buried employees and help our economy, that the government's not going to screw them over on the back end.  That's what I'm fighting to protect against.”
