A new development in the class action lawsuit against Tyson foods.
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey told Newstalk KZRG he is intervening in the suit because of the way they closed 2 plants in Missouri, one of them in Noel.
Bailey saying::"They built-in these anti-competitive practices into the sale of the property in the form of a very onerous non-compete clause that basically devalues that property to where it can't be enjoyed by a similar business that might be competitive to (Tyson). We're intervening to take action to protect those working, families and Missouri farmers."
