Missouri Attorney General wins stay against Biden's second student loan forgiveness order

Last year in a lawsuit filed by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, the U-S Supreme Court ruled that President Biden did not have the authority to forgive student loans.

Bailey says:  “He’s (President Biden) on the stump bragging how he is going to defy the U-S Supreme Court.  This creates a constitutional crisis.  So President Biden puts forth plan B.  Again re-distributing a half trillion dollars in debt.  That cost Missouri taxpayers north of 45 million dollars because here in Missouri we have the Missouri Loan Authority.”

Attorney General Bailey got an injunction recently against the new loan forgiveness order.
