Kansas Governor reappoints Pittsburg man, three others to Kansas Water Authority

TOPEKA — Governor Laura Kelly announced the reappointed John Bailey of Pittsburg and three others to the Kansas Water Authority.

The KWA reviews plans for the development, management, and use of the water resources of the state by any state or local agency.

Also re-appointed by Gov. Kelly were Jean Steiner of Manhatten, Allen Soetart of Gardner and Allen Roth of Hays.

Bailey and Steiner represent the public. Soetart represents Small Municipal Water Users. Roth represents Kansas Association of Conservation Districts.
