KDOT begins resurfacing projects on U.S. 69 in Cherokee County

This week Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) began resurfacing projects on U.S. 69 in Cherokee County, starting at U.S. 400 and continuing south for 18½ miles to the roundabout at K-66.
Flaggers and a pilot car operation are guiding one-lane traffic through the work zone during daylight hours. You can expect delays of 15 minutes or less.
The road work should be finished by mid-September, weather permitting.
